We welcome college students and thank them for their patronage over the many years. We routinely provide housing to students from ODU, Norfolk State, EVMS, TCC, Regent University, Christopher Newport University, and Hampton University. For those students that do not meet our income and credit requirements we provide two options to them for leasing one of our great apartments. We have been housing college students and meeting their needs since 1985. When it comes to Off-Campus student housing, no one does it better than us. Option #1 – Students that start school in late August and also receive financial aid. For those students, the security deposit, prorated rent for August, and September’s rent will be required at move-in. If At such time that financial aid is disbursed for the fall semester, (the first week of September) 5-months of prepaid rent will be required. The second payment for the next 6-months will be made to us when financial aid is disbursed to the student for the winter semester, during the first week of January. Financial aid students will be required to submit to us their financial aid award letter from the school along with their tenant application. Parents will be required to guarantee the lease Option #2 – Parents sign and guarantee the lease. Under this option, the student becomes a resident of the apartment. For those students that chose this option, their parent(s) will need to meet our income and credit requirements (please refer to the “tenant screening” section of this web site). The tenant application is to be completed by the parent(s) and they will be required to submit to us the three most recent pay stubs. Those wage statements will also need to reflect wages paid on a year-to-date basis. For those students that use this option, the security deposit and prorated rent will be paid at move-in and rent for the balance of the lease period will be paid to us on a monthly basis.
