The well-appointed apartment home includes all utilities, furnishings, linens, housewares, washer/dryer, 2-Smart TV's, and a coveted driveway parking spot. The property is gated and fenced. The private rear yard features extensive decking, patio furniture, 6-person Jacuzzi, and an outdoor recreational kitchen with grilling station
At our Norfolk Communities we are now offering leases of 3 months and 6 months. These short term leases are available at rates slightly higher than the annual rates posted. For an additional charge we can add all utilities, furnishings, and housewares
