Basic Tenant Requirements as Follows:
Acceptable credit rating required (650 score)
Verifiable household income of at least 3-times the monthly rental rate
Monthly household expenses (with rent included) not exceed 70% of monthly household income
No felony convictions
No prior evictions or landlord judgments
One cat accepted with $300 non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent of $30. No ferrets or lizards
College students with financial aid and the ability to prepay 6-monthsof rent each time a financial aid disbursed are exempted from credit rating and verifiable household income.
