Beach Living at Affordable Prices!

From September 15 - March 15 these vacation rental cottages are available for rent either on a 6-month lease or on a Month-to-Month basis. These rental include all utilities, are fully furnished and all linens, housewares are provided. A 60 to 63 inch TV is provided in the living room and bedroom. Also included is a washer dryer.

Because this property is used as a summer beachfront resort we have lots of amenities here to that are also available to our off-season and temporary guests. The property features includes, extensive landscape areas, extensive outdoor seating, 6 person hot tub, beachfront pergola, outdoor recreational kitchen with sink and gas grill, Bocce Ball Court, Horseshoe Pit, Corn Hole, and a water fountain. We even have beach umbrellas and chairs for use by the residents.

The Beach Cottage is a duplex on the beach side of West Ocean View Avenue and is located only 50-feet from the beach along our private walkway. The property has bay views and direct access to the beach through our adjoining Poseidon property. The property was originally constructed in the 1920's and has just been completely renovated while retaining much of the charm provided in beach homes of that era. The property now features a 2-bedroom/1-bath rentals on the 1st floor and 2nd floor.

The first floor home contains 1,100 square feet with a dining room, large bathroom, custom wood trim work, wood floors, wood floors, and a state of the art central heating and cooling system that is efficient to operate and costs pennies to operate. The downstairs beach home also has a wrap around porch, extensive landscaping and a large deck off of the kitchen. Also included is a full size washer/dryer and dishwasher. The fabulous feature is the large, wrap around porch.

The second floor apartment home features a large deck with wonderful views of the Cheseapeake Bay. The living room also has sweeping views the the Bay as well. This unit features a large kitchen with custom appliances, full-size washer/dryer, built-in microwave oven, dishwasher and lots of counter and cabinet space. the large bathroom features a double vanity and lots of counter space as well. Other features here includes a 15-foot ceiling, bamboo wood floors, and an awesome accent wall. This cottage sleeps 6 and the rental rate is $3,000 per month

The property adjoins our beach front Poseidon property. The 2 properties share many outdoor amenities which gives the property the feel of a resort. These shared amenities include extensive landscaped areas, water fountains, numerous seating areas, private access to the beach, large beach front gazebo, and a sitting area with grille, sink with runnng water and shower.

No smokers and no pets.

One cat permitted with a $300 non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent of $30.  All prices quoted are with a year's lease.  Shorter term leases available at higher rates.   Prices are subject to change
