It is located 5 minutes from Hampton University and Downtown Hampton as well as Naval bases in Norfolk. It also has its own beach. This is a gated property and features a large private courtyard with wood decks, gazebos and lush landscaping. Also included are beach front decks, beach front grilling stations with gazebos, well-kept sand dunes, laundry room, and semi-private decks for the apartment homes.

The property features 1-bedroom ($1,300 to $1,400) and 2-bedroom ($1,750, and $1,850 for units with washer/dryer) apartments homes as well as 1- and 2-bedroom beach apartments homes that have 100% bay front views with window walls and private patios. The bay front apartments are high end units with stainless steel appliances that have their own washers/dryers and include private bay front verandas. The rental rate for the bay front units is $2,000. All prices quoted are with a year's lease. Shorter term leases available at higher rates.
