        We offer 1-year rentals at our Breezin property that the Virginia Beach Oceanfront for $2,000 per month. We can tailor a lease period to meet your needs at a higher charge. We also feature monthly summer rentals here for $3,000 per month. The well-appointed apartment home includes all utilities, furnishings, linens, housewares, washer/dryer, 2-Smart TV's, and a coveted driveway parking spot. The property is gated and fenced. The private rear yard features extensive decking, patio furniture, 6-person Jacuzzi, and an outdoor recreational kitchen with grilling station
        At our Norfolk Communities we are now offering leases of 3 months and 6 months. These short term leases are available at rates slightly higher than the annual rates posted. For an additional charge we can add all utilities, furnishings, and housewares
