Beach Living at Affordable Prices!

Besides typical 12-month leases, we also feature (when available) lease terms of 3-to-11 months. Rental rates for these rentals are higher than monthly rates for yearly leases. The rates depend on what time of year the rental is wanted and the length of lease. We offer short term Airbandb rentals that include all utilities, furnishings, housewares, linens and smart TV’s. Rates are $100 to $150 per day from January 1 through May 20, June 1 through June 14 and October 1 through December 31

Rates are $150 to $250 per day from June 15 – September 30.

Corporate Rentals A minimum term of 3-months is required. These rentals include upscale furniture, all utilities, television set, towels, linens, cooking ware, and flat ware. Rental rates for these are based on the Federal Per Diem Rate for Lodging and are found in our corporate leasing section of this web site.
